Cancellations and Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your order from Emerald and Lime, but if you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact elle@emeraldandlime.com who will work with you to find a solution.

Within certain time limits, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods you have received.

Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days of receiving it. You can use our model cancellation form to let us know if you wish, or just email elle@emeraldandlime.com. If we have shipped your order by the time you notify us of your intent to cancel, we will email you to tell you this. You can still cancel your order, but you would need to return the goods to us and you will be liable for the cost of doing so. If we haven’t yet shipped your order, we will process a refund within 14 days of you cancelling it. 

Returns
If you decide to return all, or part, of your order, and you have let us know this within 14 days of receiving your order, you should send the goods you are returning to:

Items must be unused, in the same condition as you received them and should be returned in their original packaging. The cost of returning goods to Emerald and Lime will be borne by you. You may wish to consider using a trackable posting service to return your items to us so that you know when we have received it. We will email you, though, to let you know when your returned products are back with Emerald and Lime.

Refunds
To qualify for a refund we must receive the returned goods, in the condition specified in the Returns section, within 30 days of the date you placed order. (We reserve the right to make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them more than was necessary).

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of Emerald and Lime receiving either your returned goods or proof of their postage. Credit for the goods will be applied to the original method of payment.

If you don’t receive your refund within the time you expect, please check with your bank and/or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted and this is not within Emerald and Lime’s control. If, after doing this, you have still not received your refund or have not been told when to expect it, please contact elle@emeraldandlime.com

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.
